Sadly no results to report as the two games scheduled for 19/12 were both postponed due to the adverse weather - leaves on the pitch or something. Anyway, straight back into things with a full programme of friendlies this weekend before the leagues start again on 16 January. You will doubtless be hearing from your team captains shortly. Worth noting that there are also a series of games versus the School sides as well and I am sure you will hear from Benji direct on this.

In other news, please note that the first training sessions of 2010 will be on Wednesday 13th at Honor Oak Park.

The Club is generally in pretty good shape on every level. Results are good with all the league teams competing very strongly, membership is up, subs are up to speed and incredibly availability has been very very good. Please keep all of this up to give ourselves the best possible chance of maintaining this momentum to the end of the season and into the next one.

Over the Christmas period I have been approached by more new players which is fantastic. If you know anyone who is looking for a Club, or even people who have a Club but could be persuaded to move, do put a squeeze on them to join the fun!

Socks should be available at Intersport on Herne Hill, next to Sainsbury, from today. If you need some, get yourself down there. NB you get a 10% discount on all other equipment in there as a Club member. Shirts should be here by the end of the month. If anyone wants other stash (fleeces, rainjackets, wooly hats, t-shirts, shorts etc) please can you let me know as an order is going to be made very soon.
